My name is Ms. Rusch and this is my ninth year of teaching - fifth year teaching fourth grade at Honor Elementary. I received my dual degree in Elementary and Special Education from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Prior to my transition to the HNR District, I have taught reading, writing, and social studies at Riverside Middle School (Watertown) and special education at Beaver Dam Middle School (Beaver Dam).

Growing up, I was always in my mother's closet looking for the perfect pair of heels to complete my outfit. I quickly learned that the clothes and accessories had nothing to do with the greatness of a teacher! I continue to learn and grow from the many teachers around me. Whether a child, sibling, adult, parent, grandparent, or even guardian, we are all partners in education. The more we work together, the stronger we will be!
