School Board Election Information
Our School Board Members are elected to a 3-year term by the Herman Neosho Rubicon School District Community during the Spring Election Cycle. Regularly scheduled meetings of the Board of Education are officially posted 24 hours or more before a meeting held.

Potential candidates can pick up hard-copy candidate packets from the School District Office at 201 Center Street Neosho, WI 53059 during business hours.
Important Dates
- December 26, 2025, 5:00pm: Deadline for incumbents to file Notification of Non-Candidacy
- January 6, 2026, 5:00pm: Deadline for candidates to file Declaration of Candidacy and Campaign Registration Statement forms.

- PLEASE NOTE: The Declaration of Candidacy form needs to be notarized prior to the filing deadline and will not be accepted without notarization.
- February 17, 2026: Spring Primary (if needed)
- April 2, 2026 at noon: Deadline for Write-in Candidates to register for the Spring Election

- In order to register as an official write-in candidate, you must file a Campaign Registration Statement form with the School District office prior to this deadline.
- April 7, 2026: Spring Election
