I attended Kansas State University  before transferring to the University of North Texas where I graduated in 1999 with a degree in Elementary Education specializing in reading.  I have taught most of my career in  the third grade. 

 

I am married with two daughters. I enjoy spending time with family, reading, sewing, and cooking.
